There's a lot of useful tools that can make your life as an unwilling mechanic easier. Besides trying out these tools I'll describe how to use them and, whenever possible, where to buy them. Some are obscure and hard to find.

Just because you love to fly does not mean you love to wrench. Some do, some don't. I'm thankful for those who do since they can teach the rest of us how to keep our units flyable.

Wayne Mitchler shows how to use a torque wrench for determining belt tension.
