This land was originally bought in 1995 to
build a house on but I ended up buying on another airport. I'm considering
moving out of the area so this land is for sale.
Value has steadily improved, especially as the existence of large, improved homesites dwindles. The
Meadow Creek
Airpark Association has a website detailing information on the
property. Pictures below show what it looked like in the Summer of 2005.
Recent building
has added two more houses within this view and there will probably be more homes on it
by the time you move.
Price: $84,500
Nearby and similar sized lots have sold recently for between $88,000
and $100k (check prices of
homes sold here) and within a quarter mile, lots are going for well
over $100,000.
There have been numerous improvements made including a large assessment
to repave all the roads in about 2000. Association dues are $75 per month
and are all current.
Each lot has electricity, water and sewer already present and ready for
hookup. I do not know the status of cable or high speed internet access.

are 2 more houses.
Row
2: 1) Aerial view of community looking northwest.
2) Yours truly in front

Row
3: 1) Google overhead view. 2) One of about 4 construction projects going
on as of June, 2005.
3) Wide-angle view of the final approach. Lot 65 is land near
the "x" for reference.

(left,
above) Plat of Survey for lot 65. The
easement for the taxiway south of the lot no longer exists. Runway
access for aircraft is via the road in front (Gabreski Lane). Strangely, I
have no idea what the street address is since none of my documents show
it.
(right,
above) This
shows all the lots and the runway easement. Lot 65 is near the middle.
